Shipping & Returns

All of our coffees are roasted to order. Our roasting days are Monday-Thursday.

Orders placed by Tuesday before 5pm (EST) will be roasted and shipped by Friday.  

Orders placed after 5pm (EST) on Tuesday will be roasted and shipped by Friday of the following week.

All of our retail coffees are sold as whole beans in 12oz bags. Wholesale bags are sold in 2lb bags upon request.

We ship via USPS Priority mail, which takes 2-3 postal days, with the exception of holidays & Sundays. USPS claims that Priority Mail assures delivery of your item within 2-3 business days; however, Highlanders Coffee, LLC does not guarantee this claim ourselves. If you are concerned about your order’s delivery time, we are more than happy to assist you with tracking information.

We do not accept returns on orders. However, if your are unhappy with your purchase, or if an error occurs during checkout, we want to know about it. Please contact us with your concerns at hello@highlanderscoffee.com and we will do our best to make sure that your experience with us is a positive one!
